1. Wall of operating room

The operating room and clean inner corridor wall body is made of rust resistance, scrub resistance, acid and alkali resistance, fire prevention, sound insulation and thermal insulation metal materials (electrolytic metal plate or color steel plate), and the wall is connected in the form of circular arc.

The color steel plate is used in the clean outer corridor and other auxiliary rooms. The thickness of the color steel plate must be implemented according to the national standard.

2. Operating room floor

All use anti-static, anti-bacteria, fireproof, wear-resistant PVC coil. Coil joints are hot welded, smooth and seamless, and are connected with the wall arc.

3.suspended ceiling

The ceiling height of the operating room is designed to reach 2800mm, and the material of the operating room (except the debridement room) is the same as the wall. Corridor and auxiliary room design ceiling height of 2800mm, using color steel ceiling.

4.Door

1.The entrance door of the operation department, the door of the operating room and the door of the changing workshop are all designed with the light control induction electric door. The other doors of the operation department are all designed with electric doors. 

2.All doors are made of stainless steel. 

3.The door of the relevant auxiliary room adopts manual door. 

4.The corridor is fortified with handrails.

Operating room door:

Because of the particularity of its environment, the operating room usually has higher requirements for air tightness and cleanliness. The interior of the door leaf is filled with flame retardant paper honeycombs, high-strength aluminum alloy door frames, and is pressed and formed by a large platform of automatic lifting hydraulic equipment.Use special equipment and processes to ensure good flatness of the doors. The surface of the door leaf can be decorated according to customer needs of large-plane matte stainless steel plate, sprayed steel plate and other plates, the surface of the door panel adopts electrostatic spraying process, and the color can be customized.

The operating room door is divided into an operating room airtight door and a radiation-proof operating room door：

1. The airtight door of the operating room is equipped with a professional vacuum airtight tape and adopts a unique pressing technology to ensure that when the door is closed, it can closely cooperate with the door frame to achieve a reliable airtight effect.

2. Most operating room doors adopt self-control doors, and the opening methods are: foot induction, hand induction, face recognition, etc., without contact, effectively preventing cross infection. In the event of a power outage, a special handle can be selected, and the door can be opened with a small push-pull force.

3. Equipped with safety sensors in order to effectively prevent pinching people.
